Augie Carbone
Principal co-owner of Carbone & Molloy Insurance. I have enjoyed a 35 year career in the insurance industry helping to grow our agency to a third generation brokerage servicing a diverse national client base of individuals and businesses.
My wife Kim and I are proud parents of four, our eldest, Ali has grown to be a strong independent woman who has proven to be a tenacious advocate and protector of her three autistic brothers, Mike, Anthony & Luke. Our 28 year ride on the Autism train has proven to be a test of humility and strength which can only be achieved through the help of others. We are enriched by the many teachers, DSP’s, therapists, and of course our family, friends, and business associates who continually dip into their pockets at every call. I am humbled by the love and support we have received over the years and look forward to serving our community on the Board of NSASA.
In 2019, Augie stepped out of his comfort zone to make his very first 100-mile bike ride to benefit the NSASA. Augie trained five days a week working up to this 100-mile goal. He has since raised tens of thousands of dollars in subsequent Bike to the Beach events and is a very active contributor to NSASA.
We’re so very thankful to have him on the board as we have many more miles to cover for Long Island’s autism families.
